How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail from the UK.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:
UK: Please allow approx 2-3 working days
Europe (EU): Please allow approx 5-7 working days
Europe (non EU): Please allow approx 5-10 working days
USA & Canada: Please allow approx 7-14 working days
Australia & New Zealand: Please allow approx 14-21 working days

Do you offer a faster delivery option?

We only offer faster delivery within the UK.

If you need faster delivery you have the option to upgrade delivery from ‘Standard Royal Mail’ to ‘Royal Mail Special (Next Day) Delivery’. Items must be ordered before 12 noon to allow for next day delivery, this is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

Next Day Delivery incurs an additional delivery charge.

This option is UK MAINLAND ONLY and is NOT available for SATURDAY/SUNDAY delivery.

**Items will normally need to be SIGNED FOR on delivery**

How can I purchase faster delivery (UK only)?

If you would like to upgrade your delivery to ‘UK Royal Mail Special Delivery’ you will need to add the ‘Royal Mail Delivery Upgrade’ product to your basket when you place your main product order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Please contact us if you have any problems with your item immediately upon receipt and we will endeavour to resolve them without delay. Please give us the chance to answer any queries that you have before you leave feedback.

Unfortunately, personalised items are non-cancellable and non-refundable as they will have been personalised to your specification and cannot be resold due to their bespoke elements.

Customers within the EU:
Non-personalised items may returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The items must be in their original unused condition as supplied and you must keep a proof of posting or post by trackable means.

Return postage costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty).
