Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days.

All of our products are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:
UK: Please allow approx 2-3 working days
Europe (EU): Please allow approx 5-7 working days
Europe (non EU): Please allow approx 5-10 working days
USA & Canada: Please allow approx 7-14 working days
Australia & New Zealand: Please allow approx 14-21 working days

For delivery to the UK mainland we offer a next day delivery option, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday – Friday only) at an additional charge, if required. 

Once your package is shipped it is out of our direct control and is subject to your country’s customs and postal systems.

Purchasers are responsible for all local charges and taxes and may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied after the package reaches their country.

Shipping costs include the cost of postage and packaging.

Returns

Please contact us if you have any problems with your item immediately upon receipt and we will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have without delay.

Personalised or custom orders

Unfortunately, personalised or custom order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as they will have been personalised to your specification and cannot be re-sold due to their bespoke elements.

Non-personalised or non-custom orders:
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Return items within: 14 days of delivery
Customers within the EU: non-personalised items may returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The items must be in the original unused condition, as supplied, and you must keep a proof of posting or post by trackable means.

Return postage costs: Return postage costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty).
